Be warned: this spot is a local favorite, and it gets incredibly busy during weekends and holidays. If you don't want to deal with a crowd, arriving before the 6:00 PM rush is highly recommended. The Food: Standout Quality The kitchen delivers deep, authentic flavors that justify the restaurant's reputation. We ordered four dishes, and they were all hits: • Tender Beef: This was the star of the table. The beef was perfectly prepared—incredibly tender and savory, not chewy at all. • Clams & Lotus Root: Both were "all good"—the clams were fresh, and the lotus root provided that essential crunch and balance to the meal. "We have not been back to the restaurant since Dec 2023. Yet it never disappoints us. The food is still very good and the dishes always have large portions. The manager Krysty still remembers us from 2023. We had a nice long conversation. This is still our favorite late-night Chinese restaurant in LV!"
